BEF is by appointments only and scheduled on a recurring basis. Every session includes a full-body workout, accountability coaching, customized meal guides, expert client-centric fitness instruction, and motivation.

Small group exercise is a spin-off of group consisting of 2-10 clients. This service allows a small group of clients (team, family, staff, etc) to train together while keeping each other motivated during functional fitness training. Thus boosting their overall performance and creating an atmosphere of friendly/healthy competition as each client meets their individual fitness goals. Additionally, small group exercise is offered at a more economical rate than one-on-one personal training.
